Sebastían Villanueva (guitar)

“El Maravelí” is an educational concert that revives oral literature and pays homage to the history of Afro and indigenous Latin American peoples. It awakens the public’s imagination and sensitivity from the magic of storytelling, with the development of the language of unpublished works for the solo guitar of Sebastián Villanueva, supported by the soundscapes of live electroacoustic modification and the projection of illustrations by the artist Javier Berjan. It is a concert that invites the imagination and the awakening of the senses, the investigation and preservation of the oral tradition.
